The Russian military single-handedly captured three Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers in the Zaporozhye region

DONETSK, August 17 - RIA Novosti. A Russian serviceman with the call sign Arnai alone entered the position of Ukrainian units and captured three servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye region, his colleague, a shooter of the Vostok group of troops with the call sign Shah, told RIA Novosti.

According to him, Arnai was given the task of gaining a foothold near the Ukrainian stronghold and finding out what forces were in the position. However, the serviceman decided to approach the support man and, unexpectedly for both sides, found himself inside him.

“He went straight to this strong point and took it alone. They (the Ukrainian Armed Forces - ed.) weren’t waiting for him, and he wasn’t waiting for them. He came in and they were all sitting there, eating. And he immediately (took them prisoner - ed.),” Shah said.

He clarified that there were three Ukrainian servicemen at the position. According to the agency's interlocutor, Arnai quickly oriented himself to the situation, recognized the enemy by his uniform and insignia, and demanded that the military personnel surrender.
