According to the department's release, on Sunday a local resident reported an incident to the police at a skate area on Yuri Gagarin Avenue, where her 10-year-old son was injured. “After that, one of the teenagers sprayed the contents of a pepper spray in his (the child’s – ed.) face, after which the whole company fled the scene,” the GUMVD said.
