Armed attack in Bağcılar: 1 dead

The incident took place in the evening on Fatih District Pazar Street. Allegedly, a person was attacked on the street by an unidentified person or persons.

Upon notice, a medical and police team was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the person intervened by medical teams died at the scene. Police teams took security measures by closing the street to entrances and exits.

Following the work of the crime scene investigation teams, the body was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute. The police launched an investigation into the incident.
