President Erdoğan at the Opening of the 5th Legislative Year of the 28th Term of the Turkish Grand National Assembly

Breaking news: President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was welcomed with an official ceremony at the Turkish Grand National Assembly on the occasion of the Opening of the 5th Legislative Year of the 28th Term.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY WILL OPEN AT 14.00

The General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly will open at 14.00 under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Kurtulmuş. After his introduction speech, Kurtulmuş will introduce President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to the General Assembly, and then the National Anthem will be sung. Later, President Erdoğan will address the General Assembly.

WORKING WORK STARTS ON OCTOBER 6

The traditional reception given by the parliamentary speakers for the opening of the legislative year will be hosted by Kurtulmuş at the GNAT Ceremony Hall at 18.30. At the opening of the legislative year, no visitors will be admitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, except for those who are invited by state protocol. The General Assembly will hold its first session of the new legislative year on October 6.
