The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office warned. Fund documents confidentiality violation

Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office made a new statement regarding the ongoing fund investigation.

In the statement, it was stated that certain instructions and warrants were sent to other relevant institutions and organizations such as the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul, Central Registry Agency, and Banks Association, in accordance with the stages of the investigation.

The following statements were made in the statement, which stated that it was seen that "confidential" documents regarding the content of the investigation were shared with the public on some social media platforms and digital channels:

"Blatantly violating the confidentiality of the investigation will be evaluated within the scope of the crime of 'violating the confidentiality of the investigation' regulated in Article 285 of the Turkish Penal Code, and our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has started ex officio judicial investigation proceedings against those who shared these posts."
