Why It Matters
Belgium and Türkiye met in the 3rd week of the UEFA Nations A League. Belgium was the host.
Youri Tielemans of Belgium, who defeated our National Football Team 3-0 in the 3rd week of the UEFA Nations A League, made a statement after the match.
"I ENJOYED THE GOALS"
I enjoyed Kevin De Bruyne's amazing goals. Especially the second goal was magnificent. The first goal was good too, but the goal he scored into the corner was even better.
"WE WANT TO PLAY OUR OWN GAME IN FRANCE"
I leave the field with a good and positive feeling. Still, we need to learn from some moments. Sometimes our defense was too open and we lost the ball too quickly. We have to control the game better. We could have made better choices in the last 30 meters. Still, we are going to France with great confidence. We want to play our own game there.
