"Our Board of Directors, which held a meeting at Tüpraş Stadium on September 8, 2026, decided to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting with Elections.

The Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting with Election will be held on Sunday, September 27. If the majority is not reached on Sunday, September 27, the second and last meeting will be held on Sunday, October 4, regardless of the majority.

In addition, at the meeting, the date for the Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly Meeting covering the period between 1 June 2025 and 31 May 2026 was determined.

The Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 26. If the majority is not reached on Saturday, September 26, the second and last meeting will be held on Saturday, October 3, regardless of the majority.
