German law enforcement officers did not find evidence of a real threat to the Consulate General of Ukraine in Dusseldorf.

German police conducted an operation at the Ukrainian Consulate General, cordoning off the territory and evacuating people from the building.

BERLIN, September 10 - RIA Novosti. German law enforcement officers did not find evidence of a real threat to the Consulate General of Ukraine in Dusseldorf, the Rheinische Post newspaper reports, citing a police representative.

Earlier, the DPA agency reported that German police launched a major operation in Dusseldorf near the Ukrainian Consulate General in connection with an allegedly “dangerous situation.”

“Ultimately, no evidence of a real threat was found,” the newspaper quotes the words of a German police representative.
