Zhuang Jingcheng pointed out that the Come True Fire Dance Troupe has become internationally famous and has performed many performances in various counties and cities in Taiwan. Zhuang Jingcheng said that after 10 days of hard work, the team came up with a new safety maintenance plan before the performance and completed all fire safety procedures with the highest standards to ensure safety. A press release from the Municipal Development Office mentioned that in order to ensure public safety for citizens participating in various activities, the city government has formulated the "Management Procedures for the Construction of Temporary Buildings for Various Activities in Hsinchu City". If it involves the construction of stages, stalls or other temporary buildings, applications should be submitted in accordance with the law. After receiving the report, the city government went to the site to conduct an on-site survey and confirmed that the relevant facilities were illegal constructions. Before construction, the fire equipment diagrams and traffic impact descriptions were not submitted to the relevant authorities for review as required. The city government has required the site to stop use before obtaining legal permission, and will handle subsequent identification and investigation of illegal constructions in accordance with relevant regulations.
