Su pointed out that Xizhi is located at the junction of Taipei, Keelung and New Taipei. It is an important hub of the North-North Keelung common living circle and has a solid industrial foundation. In the future, she will connect Nangang's biotechnology research and development with Xizhi's precision machinery and medical manufacturing capabilities to create a "New Taipei Smart Biomedical Industry Corridor", forming a complete industrial chain with the industrial corridor of "Nangang R&D, Xizhi Manufacturing"; promote the integration and upgrading of container yards and traditional industrial zones along the Keelung Valley, introduce R&D, software and technology industries, create a second high-tech industry corridor, and create more high-quality job opportunities for Xizhi.
