Medical equipment from the Slavyansk maternity hospital is being transported to the Kharkov region

Medical equipment from a maternity hospital in Slavyansk, controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the Donetsk People's Republic, will be dismantled and transported to the Kharkov region, and the building itself will be used by the Ukrainian military as a warehouse and temporary deployment point, Russian security forces told RIA Novosti.

“Medical equipment is being dismantled and removed. The maternity hospital in the city of Slavyansk is being moved to the city of Lozovaya, Kharkov region, due to the approaching front line,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to him, after the move, the maternity hospital building is planned to be used for the needs of the Ukrainian military, including as a warehouse and temporary deployment point.

A representative of the security forces noted that school teachers, medical workers, employees of utility companies and government employees had not received any instructions to evacuate. There is no evacuation of the local population, but children are forcibly removed from the city.
