🔌Electromobility hub
Campinas is considered one of the national references in the transition to electric mobility, bringing together investments in charging infrastructure, research centers and companies linked to the automotive and energy chain.
The municipality's performance also places it ahead of other cities in the Brazilian interior in the electrified segment, consolidating the region as one of the main expansion centers for this technology in the country.
"It is important for Campinas to continue this cutting-edge work in increasing public infrastructure to further promote the use of more efficient cars, so that we continue to have this good traction, in this energy transition from traditional combustion vehicles to more efficient cars", highlighted Thiago Sugahara, director of ABVE.
