Mission Party candidate proposes expansion of social programs in Maranhão

"Our project for the government of the state of Maranhão is to always go to the root of our problems to guarantee the rights of elderly women, people with disabilities and those in social vulnerability. We need to understand that the government will not be able to do everything. We need to understand that it is the trivialization of paternity, which has caused many problems in our society. Today, regrettably, 70 to 80% of men abandon their wives when their children have some type of disability and for us at the Missão Party to present profound measures to resolve the wounds in our society. We were recognized by the International Economist Journal as the only program that can make Brazil and Maranhão truly develop, putting pressure on parents to take responsibility, not only in financial matters, but also in terms of presence and care for their families, because that is what will take care of our homes", stated the candidate.

"First, I want to work for women throughout the state of Maranhão. Then I'm going to take the Maranhão Women's House, which is a large reception center. We have 6 spread across the state today and I want to take it to 18 regions. I'm also going to create the Secretariat for Inclusion, the secretariat that will serve all the public in the state of Maranhão and in it we will put programs like Travessia, which has helped a lot of people to go to work. I'm going to create the Casa do Idoso, arriving in various locations in our state. It will also be a welcoming space for our best age. And of course, the TAS Center that I will spread throughout the state of Maranhão, providing care not only to children and adolescents, but to the entire family. Professional training for this mother of a child with autism spectrum disorder, so that she can work, form a great partnership with the federal government so that we can reach those who need it most", stated the candidate.
