Candidates for municipal elections in Maranhão publish campaign agendas in cities in Maranhão

Among the activities were meetings with supporters and members of the campaign team, leafleting, recordings for electoral programs and interviews.

The first round of elections will be held on October 4th. The second round, if necessary, is scheduled for October 25th.

See below how each candidate's campaign day went, in alphabetical order:

André Luís participated this Saturday morning (12) in a leaflet at the Central Ferry Market. He stated that one of his campaign proposals is that land regularization and titling are fundamental to reconciling economic development with environmental preservation.

The candidate also participated in a lunch with agribusiness entrepreneurs, followed by a leaflet and a march in Beira Rio.

Eduardo Braide, in the morning, the candidate participated in a walk in Imperatriz, in the south of Maranhão and in the afternoon, he participated in a motorcade in Carolina.

In the morning, Felipe Camarão participated in Workers' Party (PT) motorcades in Aldeias Altas and Afonso Cunha. In the afternoon, he participated in a cycling and monocycling tour in Chapadinha.

Orleans Brandão participated, in the morning, in a people's drag race in Matões and a motorbike in Parnarama. During the event, he spoke about his proposals for the environment, including improving the quality of beaches and creating the Animal Protection Secretariat in Maranhão.

Still in the afternoon, the candidate held a political meeting in Matões and would participate in a crowd gathering in Timon, in the evening.

In the morning, candidate Reginaldo Lima leafleted in Divinópolis. In an interview, he defended water and sewage treatment, the preservation of the Cerrado Maranhense and the fight against land grabbing.

In the afternoon, he participated in a meeting with a candidate for vice-governor and in the evening, he also participated in a meeting with supporters in Imperatriz.
