After investigation, Yang Bing lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original intention and mission, and joined a gang; violated the spirit of the eight central regulations, accepted gifts that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and gave gifts that were obviously beyond the normal reciprocity; violated the organizational principles, worked for an official position; did not perform his job duties correctly, and agreed to transfer relevant minerals in violation of regulations Use public power as a tool for private gain, take advantage of the convenience of position and the convenient conditions created by authority or status to seek benefits for others in the allocation of mineral resources, the establishment and continuation of exploration rights, etc., and illegally accept property from others, especially in huge amounts; and give property to staff of other countries for the purpose of seeking improper benefits.

Yang Bing seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline and work discipline, constituted a serious job violation and was suspected of bribery and bribery crimes.
