Zhang Shanzheng said that his relationship with Ling Tao began when he served as spokesman four years ago. After entering the parliament, Ling Tao still adheres to a clear mind and methodical approach to supervise the municipal government, including taking the lead in extending the appointment period of acting teachers to 12 months, supporting "fresh milk for all students", and When the Taoyuan Municipal Art Museum faced the central government closing its door to subsidies, it supported the city government's own budget of 2 billion yuan. Ling Tao said that four years ago, then-Chairman Allen Chu saw the global AI trend and chose Technology Mayor Zhang Shanzheng to lead Taoyuan. Zhang Shanzheng's political achievements have made Taoyuan's governance "corrected and returned" and accelerated its progress, including the MRT Green Line expected to be completed and opened in November three years ahead of schedule, adding new hospitals to increase medical capacity, and making Taoyuan the core of the global AI supply chain.

In the face of political chaos, Ling Tao emphasized the need to respond with "kindness" and "good communication", and mentioned that he has proposed 114 major policies and 223 leading proposals in the past four years.
