National Day preview CH-47SD hoists an 18-meter national flag and flies over Taipei accompanied by the national anthem

CH-47SD and UH-60M helicopters formed a national flag fleet and passed in front of the Presidential Palace.

The Double Ten National Day will be held on Saturday, and the celebration committee will hold a preview of the National Day meeting in front of the Presidential Palace this afternoon (6th). While everyone was singing the national anthem, the CH-47SD Chinook transport helicopter hoisted a huge national flag "18 meters long and 12 meters wide", accompanied by two UH-60M helicopters, and flew slowly over the square in front of the Presidential Palace, shocking the audience.

This year’s National Day Convention is divided into three stages: “Prologue, National Day Convention, and Theme Performance”. First, in the "prologue" stage, performances were performed by the Naluwan Music and Dance Troupe, the Pingtung Native Tribal Youth Association, the Joint Band of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Honor Corps, Zhuangjing Vocational College, Xiaoming Girls' High School, and the Guest Committee.

After the ceremony, the joint band of the Ministry of National Defense and the honor procession of the three services took over the rostrum and officially entered the "National Day Assembly" stage. This year’s National Day celebration will be led by the Kinmen County Choir and the Kinmen Children’s Choir in singing the national anthem.
