China made the first successful launch with its CERES-2 rocket

According to Xinhua, 4 satellites were launched with the CERES-2 rocket from the Ciuchuen Satellite Center in the northwest of the country.

The launch, in which the satellites were placed in the planned orbital position, was the first successful transport mission with the CERES-2 rocket.

The 3.35-meter diameter rocket, whose first three stages are fired with solid fuel and the fourth stage with liquid fuel hydrazine, can carry up to 1.6 tons of payload to Low Earth Orbit and 1.3 tons to Sun Synchronous Orbit.

The first launch of the rocket on January 17 was unsuccessful.

Rockets produced by private companies

Long March rockets produced by the state-owned China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) are used as the main carrier in China's space program.

In parallel with the increasing interest of the private sector in space rocket production in the world in recent years, it is observed that the Beijing administration also supports private sector initiatives in this field.

Apart from Galactic Energy, Chinese private companies i-Space, Space Pioneer, LandSpace and Orienspace launch with their own developed rockets.
