They confirm that the body found in Saint-Gilles is that of the influencer Sonia Bellina and they arrest two suspects

The Nîmes Prosecutor's Office (France) has confirmed that the partially charred body found in some vineyards in Saint-Gilles a few days ago is that of the influencer Sonia Bellina, 29 years old. In addition, the arrest of two suspects in the crime has been confirmed. Bellina's body was discovered, naked, by a farmer.

Bellina, a French national, lived between Paris and Nîmes. As her sister explained to the police, the last time he saw her alive was on August 10, when she explained that she had met a person between August 11 and 12.

The young woman had a high number of followers on social networks: 260,000 on her main TikTok account, a second account of 120,000 and about 13,000 on Instagram.

Confirmation of the body's identity came after DNA tests were carried out.

The influencer's family has also denounced the harassment suffered after the young woman's disappearance. "There are horrible messages directed against Sonia," explained her sister, in statements to the Midi Libre media.
