TSE inspector preliminarily suspends Nunes Marques' decision and releases channel 'Lula's Army'; final decision will be made by the plenary

The inspector general of Electoral Justice, Minister Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva suspended the decision of the president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Kassio Nunes Marques and rehabilitated the operation of the channel "Lula's Army", on the afternoon of this Sunday (11). The new decision is preliminary and should be discussed by the TSE plenary.

In the decision, Nunes Marques stated that the channel must be suspended because there is "use of a transmission structure to millions of people, under single command, to replicate content that this Court has already recognized as untrue".
