The application date for the Çukurova Story Award has been extended: This year's theme is 'urban transformation'

Çukurova Story Award, organized by the International Story Days Association, will be given for the sixth time this year. This year's theme of the competition, which aims to bring new works and new writers to Turkish storytelling, was determined as "Urban Transformation". The competition, which has been held until today with the themes of Labour, Hope, Migration and Immigration, Loneliness and Resistance, this year sees the transformation of cities not only as a physical change; It is waiting for stories that deal with social memory, belonging, neighborhood relations and its effects on the culture of life.

'IT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO MAKE NEW VOICES VISIBLE'

All writers writing in Turkish, no matter where they live in the world, will be able to participate in the competition with their stories that tell about the fractures, losses, points of resistance and re-established lives caused by the transformation.
