The Russian Ministry of Energy announced the danger of Internet resources with information about the availability of fuel at gas stations (gas stations).

The ministry warned that such fuel search services could pose a risk of illegal data collection.

“Analysis of information posted by services indicates their unreliability. Manipulations of data on the availability of fuel at gas stations have also been observed,” the department added.

The press service emphasized that the ministry constantly monitors the situation on the domestic petroleum products market and coordinates measures aimed at ensuring its sustainability. It is noted that the Ministry of Energy daily monitors the implementation of the recommendations of the ministry headquarters, and also works on instructions from Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak on measures aimed at stabilizing the domestic fuel market.
