“I think that he won’t succeed. After all, in France they approach this quite harshly... But if he somehow gets elected for the third time, then serious problems and serious unrest could begin in France,” Dzhabarov said in an interview with aif.ru.

According to the senator, Macron’s desire to remain in power is due to the desire to maintain his status in the international arena. Dzhabarov admitted that the French leader is ready to take the place of head of the European Union instead of Ursula von der Leyen. The senator assessed Macron's activities sharply: in his opinion, the French president has worsened relations with Russia and the situation in the world, threatens him with a “nuclear umbrella” and has completely discredited himself.
