The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning Persistently Promoting Comprehensive and Strict Governance of the Party" adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made arrangements for "continuous improvement of work style and strict discipline" and emphasized that "correcting work style and strict discipline are powerful measures for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party."

Looking back on more than a hundred years of party history, our party has always insisted on unifying the will of the whole party with strict discipline and uniting and leading the people with good style in various historical periods of revolution, construction and reform, providing a strong guarantee for the continuous victory of the party's cause.

On October 27, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervisory Commission reported on the supervision, inspections, reviews and investigations of the national discipline inspection and supervision agencies from January to September 2026. The report shows that disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies across the country used the "four forms" to criticize, educate and deal with 1.385 million people. Among them, the first form of criticism, education and treatment was used for 696,000 people, accounting for 50.2% of the total.
