Zakharova accused Ukraine of terrorism and called on the West to bear responsibility

Statements by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about threats to Russian aviation indicate undisguised terrorism. This was the position expressed by official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), TASS reports.

She emphasized that Kyiv is fully affiliated with terrorist activities, clarifying that we are talking about the state apparatus, in particular about the power structures of the republic.

“Who are they dealing with, who is supported by those who express some sympathy for the Kyiv regime? With those who kill civilians who have nothing to do with hostilities, kill children, kill people simply because they consider it not only possible for themselves, but set such a goal,” Zakharova noted.

The diplomatic department spokeswoman also stated that Western countries supporting the Ukrainian leadership bear political responsibility for such a policy. The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized that she considers the situation an issue not only for Ukraine, but also for its Western partners. However, she stated that the consequences of supporting such actions, in her opinion, will ultimately affect those who provide this support.
