With the approval of the central government, Xiao Yuwen was expelled from the Party; the Jiangxi Provincial Supervisory Committee ordered him to be expelled from public office; his disciplinary and illegal gains were confiscated; his qualifications as a representative of the 15th Jiangxi Provincial Party Congress were terminated; his suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved was also transferred.
