The Body Found in the Dam Pond in Denizli Has Been Identified

The incident took place in the morning at the Governor Recep Yazıcıoğlu Dam Pond in Aktepe District of Pamukkale district. After the citizens who came to the region to fish noticed a person standing motionless on the water surface and reported it, the body was taken out of the water by the fire brigade underwater search and rescue teams dispatched to the scene and taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute Denizli Group Presidency for autopsy and identification.

As a result of detailed identification and fingerprint examinations carried out by police teams and experts at the Forensic Medicine Institution morgue, it was determined that the person who lost his life was Mehmet Kirazdemir (40). It was learned that the autopsy procedures, which were initiated to determine the blow marks on the person's body and the exact cause of death, are continuing.

On the other hand; It was stated that the Public Security Branch Directorate Homicide Bureau teams started to examine the security cameras in the region and all security cameras around the dam.
