New development in the giant fund investigation: Request for precautionary measures against the assets of Cihan Sütşurup and Melis Sandal

The giant fund investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the crimes of "laundering assets resulting from crime and opposing the Capital Markets Law" continues to expand.

Within the scope of the investigation, a total of 106 individuals and organizations, including 46 legal entities, 18 funds and 42 real persons, were requested to be included in the scope of asset measures. Famous singer Mustafa Sandal's wife, Melis Sandal, and his father-in-law, Cihan Sütşurup, were also included in the list where capital market instruments were asked to be frozen and large amounts of money transfers were to be prevented.

ATTENTION-DRAWING CLAIM OF FRAUD FROM YEŞİM SALKIM

After the names of Cihan Sütşurup and Melis Sandal were mentioned in the list, artist Yeşim Salkım made a harsh statement on her social media account. Claiming that he was defrauded by the Sütşurup family years ago, Salkım claimed that his house in Bodrum was taken away from him in 2009.

"WHERE IS THE 500 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN THE MONEY OF THAT PERIOD?"

Yeşim Salkım, who expressed her past grievances and reproached her, used the following statements in her post:

"You, your mother, your father, Cihan Süttürup, Salih Yeğiner and İsa Mert, bought my house in Bodrum in 2009 and sold it to whom 2 days later? What happened to the barter check given to me? Where is the 500 thousand dollars with the money of that period? Now I understand better why my oldest friend Mustafa Sandal has not looked at me for years. I wish you to experience the pain you have caused me."
