On Wednesday, the administration of Bolokhovo announced on its social networks that it had filed a police report against a child who drew characters from the cartoon “Smeshariki” on the rubber surface of the playground. The authorities emphasized that the author and his parents have the opportunity to voluntarily eliminate the consequences - to restore the coverage to its original form, which will be regarded as a mitigating circumstance and may affect the extent of liability. The child's mother said that she and her daughter had a meeting with the governor on Friday. At the meeting, according to the agency’s interlocutor, the governor invited the girl to join the children’s public council under the Ministry of Construction of the Tula Region. “She will be happy to take part,” Shchendrygina said about her daughter. According to her, the girl is ready to submit her ideas and proposals for the development of the region.
