DMM denied the claim that "28-day basic military training in paid military service will be abolished"

In the statement made by DMM, the following statements were made:

"The claims made in some media outlets and social media accounts that 'the 28-day basic military training will be abolished in paid military service' do not reflect the truth. Legal regulations and implementation principles regarding paid military service continue as they are. There is no new decision taken, concrete or clarified by the competent authorities on the subject.

"The public is kindly requested not to rely on unfounded posts and to only consider the statements made by relevant official institutions."
