The essence of introducing an AI agent is to design not ``how much human work should be replaced,'' but ``where to leave humans.'' We will explain control proportional to risk, three intervention patterns (pre-approval, post-verification, periodic audit), countermeasures against approval fatigue, kill switch, responsibility design, and gradual expansion of trust.

IDC predicts that organizations that delay investments in AI talent and governance will see a 50% decline in revenue growth. Investment decisions made by the end of 2027 will determine the AI-first transition in 2029, and talent acquisition costs could double or triple.
Since the end of September, there has been a series of unauthorized accesses targeting companies, resulting in the leakage of personal information. According to research conducted by the Anti-Phishing Council, Check Point Technologies, Tobira Systems, and others, the number of reported phishing emails is on the rise, and the risk of targeted attacks that exploit leaked information is increasing. Companies are calling for measures such as introducing multi-factor authentication and avoiding direct access to URLs in emails.
NVIDIA announced on November 8 that its board of directors will launch an independent investigation into the company's founder and CEO Jensen Huang, following reports that he was the target of an operation by a foreign intelligence agency. U.S. intelligence officials had learned that Alice Huang, a Chinese businessman who had a close relationship with CEO Huang, was suspected of cooperating with China's intelligence agency, the Ministry of State Security. Allis is a former executive at Megaspeed, a Singapore-based AI cloud company that is also being investigated for its involvement in acquiring advanced AI semiconductors whose exports to China are restricted. Three U.S. House of Representatives committees on November 5th asked Huang to give a private explanation on the 18th. NVIDIA said, ``There is currently no reason to believe that U.S. national security or NVIDIA's confidential information has been compromised,'' but the company plans to review all information. On the same day, CEO Huang acknowledged his relationship with a woman other than his wife in a message to employees, apologized, and expressed full cooperation with the independent investigation. At this point, it has not been confirmed that Alice is suspected of cooperating or that confidential information has been leaked.

The author recommends that AI security should not aim for ``100-point countermeasures'' from the beginning, but should start in stages, starting with the visualization of shadow AI and shadow agents, for IT departments that are struggling with top-down instructions from management. We recommend an approach that leverages existing security infrastructure and responds nimbly to changing risk situations.

Shadow AI (the use of generated AI by employees without permission) has become a social issue. Citing an example of a Panasonic Group company uploading the personal information of approximately 330,000 people, the author uses a hypothetical case to explain how companies should respond.
