Vorobiev proposed simplifying the procedure for obtaining prostheses for SVO participants

MOSCOW, October 9 - RIA Novosti. Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov proposed to simplify the procedure for obtaining prostheses for participants of the SVO through the State Services portal, the press service of the governor and the government of the Moscow region reported.

“Today, during its (prosthesis - ed.) registration, there is still some red tape: for the second time, you need to collect certificates, fill out forms, which, in fact, are already in the database of the hospital from where the guys were discharged. We have already discussed this with Anna Evgenievna (chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation - ed.), and we propose, together with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Digital Development, to make the registration of prostheses more efficient simple and fast,” said Vorobiev, whose words are quoted in the message.

According to the press service, during a meeting of the board of trustees of the Defenders of the Fatherland State Fund, the governor of the Moscow region noted that it is necessary to establish a unified digital exchange of documents between responsible organizations - without the participation of a veteran and to make all stages, timing and status of prosthetics transparent to soldiers. To do this, Vorobiev proposed displaying all this information on the State Services portal, as well as creating a feedback button there to receive information about a delay in registration or a problem with the prosthesis.
