随着全国首个面向文化旅游领域的国家人工智能应用中试基地(下称“中试基地”)5月在浙江杭州正式启动,文物保护与人工智能的深度融合进入加速期。

当前,浙江正以文化建设“八项工程”为引领,以加快建设高水平文化强省为目标,设置“铸魂、发声、传承、兴业、惠民、治网、除险、聚人”八条跑道。

其中,“兴业跑道”承担着做好人文经济文章、繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业的重任,而加快中试基地建设,夯实算力、数据、模型、场景等智能底座基础,正是其中的重要项目之一。

长期以来,基层文物保护普遍依赖“田野调查+纸质档案+人工巡查”的传统模式,存在信息记录粗放、数据更新滞后、动态监测难以落地等短板。面对全国不可移动文物“点多、面广、分散”的客观现实,如何提升保护效率与覆盖面,成为行业亟待破解的难题。

浙江省古建筑设计研究院有限公司董事长卢远征用了一个形象的比喻:“保护文物就像人们看病,不同年龄、不同‘病症’都需要不同的治疗方式。日益精进的科研手段可以更好地帮助我们‘兜底’解决文物保护难题。”

依托浙江省古建筑设计研究院40余年的专业积累与数据资源,中试基地正在打造全国最大的古建筑基因库,目前已收录4万余处古建筑数据。

基于专项数据集,一个名为古建筑“健康医生”的智能体正在杭州、绍兴等地开展试点验证。该智能体可将专家经验转化为分钟级的智能诊断能力,有效弥补基层文保专业力量不足的短板。

据了解,中试基地围绕“1+4+5+N”总体架构,打造一体化对外运营门户,聚焦文化保护、文化生产、文化传播、文旅融合四大重点领域,建设算力、数据、模型、应用、场景验证五大功能中心,面向多元市场主体与社会需求,联合生态合作伙伴,共建N个智能化特色化的应用场景。

中试基地目标是,到2028年,建设20个高质量语料库及多个行业与垂类模型,打造人工智能与文化旅游深度融合的生态圈。

针对文化数据版权模糊、流通不畅、价值难释放等行业堵点,中试基地建设版权保护与数据交易试点平台,运用区块链技术实现交易维权全链路固证溯源,并建立确权、授权、收益分配等制度,旨在让高质量文化数据“敢开放、可交易、能增值”。

值得一提的是,古建筑基因库的数字化资产已开始向产业端延伸。

据介绍,中试基地已与群核科技、网易《归唐》等达成合作意向,通过古建筑相关数据集应用,可大幅缩短游戏、动漫、虚拟拍摄等领域的研发建模周期,破解古风题材还原成本高、史实细节易失实等痛点。

目前,中试基地正全力推进建设,以公共性与市场化相结合的方式推进应用中试验证,加快孵化文化产业新场景、新业态,促进文化新消费,打造人工智能与文化建设、产业发展深度融合的创新高地。
