The government will supply 183,000 tons of Chuseok consecration products, the largest ever. It is 1.6 times the normal level.
It supplies 18,000 tons of vegetables such as cabbage and radish, and 32,000 tons of fruits such as apples and pears. Fruit supply is more than three times the normal amount.
90,000 tons of beef and pork and 17,000 tons of chicken will be supplied, and the amount of eggs will be increased by 2.4 times compared to normal times. Forest products such as chestnuts and jujubes will be supplied at 2,480 tons, nine times more than usual.
As for marine products, 20,000 tons of government stockpiles will be supplied at a price up to 40% lower than the market price, focusing on six types of popular fish species, including mackerel, pollack, squid, cutlassfish, croaker, and dried anchovies.
A record-high 103 billion won will be invested in discount support.
Starting from the 3rd, up to 40% off agricultural and livestock products such as apples, pears, and beef, and up to 50% off major marine products such as pollack, mackerel, and seaweed from the 9th.
From the 16th to the 20th, about 30% of the purchase price of agricultural, livestock and marine products and fishery products at 300 traditional markets will be refunded up to 20,000 won with Onnuri gift certificates.
Gift sets of agricultural products such as fruits, ceremonial items, and Korean beef are discounted by up to 50%, marine products gift sets are discounted by up to 53%, and over 4,700 items of processed foods such as ramen and bread are also discounted by up to 64%.

The interest rate for support loans for clearing arrears will be temporarily lowered by 0.5 to 1.0 percentage points (p) from the 1st to the 31st of the following month.
To alleviate the burden of high oil prices, oil price-linked subsidies for compressed natural gas (CNG) and diesel oil for trucks, passenger vehicles, and coastal cargo ships, as well as duty-free oil for farmers and fishermen, will also be extended until the end of the year.
Disaster medical expenses support will be expanded by 83 billion won, from the existing 150.4 billion won to 233.4 billion won.
A record-high 43.4 trillion won in holiday funds, including loans and guarantees, will be provided to small business owners and small and medium-sized enterprises.
KRW 62.4 trillion in loans and guarantees with maturity will be extended by one year.
Value-added tax refunds and public procurement payments will be paid before Chuseok, and deferral of employment and industrial accident insurance premium payments for businesses with less than 30 employees will also be supported.
Small business owners can spread electricity bills over up to six months and gas bills over up to four months.

First, the discount rate for Digital Onnuri gift certificates will be temporarily increased from 7% to 10% from the 16th to the 20th.
Normally, you can purchase up to 1 million won per month, but during this period, you can purchase an additional 200,000 won at a higher discount rate, increasing the maximum purchase limit to 1.2 million won.
Approximately 80,000 lodging coupons will be distributed to promote stays in non-metropolitan areas and island tourism.
During the Chuseok holiday from the 24th to the 27th, highway tolls are exempted and KTX fares are also discounted by 10%.
During the holiday season, admission fees to the Four Grand Palaces, Jongmyo Shrine, Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, and National Natural Recreation Forest are exempted.
In addition, support will be strengthened to reduce gaps in medical care and care during the holidays.
To prevent delays in transporting emergency patients, we plan to expand the emergency patient transport system innovation pilot project nationwide and finalize related guidelines before Chuseok.
The criteria for paying disaster recovery expenses to farms affected by heat waves and droughts will be expanded, and disaster relief funds will be paid before Chuseok to fishing households affected by high temperatures and residents affected by heavy rain in July.
Care and assistance services for the elderly living alone, undernourished children, and the disabled will also be strengthened.
The government plans to have relevant ministries and local governments operate a 24-hour situation management system during the Chuseok holiday and continuously check the implementation of measures.
