1. Basic situation of the project

Project name: China’s export motorcycle quality and safety status investigation service project

Budget amount: 180,000.00 yuan.

★Purchasing requirements:

1. Carry out a survey on the quality status of China's motorcycle exports, covering analysis of my country's motorcycle export status, research on the international motorcycle consumer market, analysis of my country's motorcycle market competition with Japan and India, suggestions for companies to improve the competitiveness of my country's motorcycle export market, and suggestions for improving the quality of my country's motorcycles and expanding exports.

2. Research scope requirements: Domestic research covers Chongqing, Guangdong and other motorcycle export provinces and cities, and is conducted through corporate questionnaires, business discussions, etc.; foreign research covers major motorcycle consumer markets such as Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe.

3. Carry out systematic analysis and research on survey data and formulate quality investigation reports and countermeasures and suggestions;

4. Based on the research and analysis, the main report and supporting attachment materials of the "Investigation Report on the Quality and Safety Status of China's Exported Motorcycles" are formed.

Performance deadline: Complete and submit work results to the purchaser before November 30, 2026.

This project does not accept consortium bids.

2. ★Supplier qualification requirements

1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".

2. Qualification requirements that need to be met to implement government procurement policies: Implement preferential procurement policies for small, medium and micro enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for the disabled.

4. This project does not allow subcontracting. Subcontracting is allowed with the consent of the purchaser.
