Su Qiaohui counterattacks Li Sichuan: The Kuomintang should propose ways to solve Taipei’s traffic jams

Su Qiaohui, the New Taipei City mayoral candidate of the Democratic Progressive Party, responded to the criticism of Li Sichuan, the New Taipei mayoral candidate of the Kuomintang, saying that the Kuomintang, as the ruling party in Taipei City, should propose solutions to the traffic jam problem instead of criticizing the plans proposed by others. Su Qiaohui emphasized that the traffic problem in Neihu needs to be solved by considering the construction of social housing and adjusting commuting time.

Li Sichuan recently pointed out that Shen Boyang's "integrated housing and work" plan will not solve the traffic jam in Neihu. Su Qiaohui countered that Li Sichuan's comparison is inappropriate because some areas of Neihu are not accessible by MRT and practical solutions are needed.

Su Qiaohui was interviewed before participating in the Dragon Boat Festival event in Yingge Xiyingli. She responded to Li Sichuan's criticism. She said that there is an MRT next to Taipei 101, but there is no MRT next to Neihu TV Company. Li Sichuan's comparison is inappropriate.

She mentioned that Neihu could consider building new social housing or adjusting commuting hours, and the Kuomintang should propose solutions.
