Lai Ruilong established the Dagangshan Supporters Association and proposed strategies for increasing the number of senior citizens’ cards and upgrading industry transfers.

The Kaohsiung mayoral candidate of the Democratic Progressive Party, Lai Ruilong, established the Daganshan District Support Association today (5th). Legislators Qiu Zhiwei, Xu Zhijie and many legislators came to support the event. Lai Ruilong emphasized that it will be seamlessly integrated with the Chenqimai Municipal Government and become the "key fourth pillar". He also proposed increasing the value of the Respect for the Elderly Card to 15,000 points and "four major strategies to increase the value of transmission and industry" to build Dagangshan into a dual engine of technology and transmission.

The Dagangshan area covers all areas along the Shanhai Line. Its traditional industries account for up to 70% of the country's exports of fasteners and metal processing, making it Taiwan's "Screw Capital of the World". Lai Ruilong pointed out that during Chen Qimai's tenure, Dagangshan achieved a high vote rate of more than 60%, which is an important cornerstone of Kaohsiung's glorious development. Qiu Zhiwei also affirmed that Lai Ruilong has rich administrative experience and can continue the foundation built by previous mayors to drive the transformation of North Kaohsiung into an international city.

In response to the trend of aging, Lai Ruilong announced a comprehensive upgrade of social welfare policies. In the future, the limit of the Senior Citizen Card will be increased to 15,000 points per year, which can be used for rides, sports and medical care to reduce the burden of care for generations. In terms of industry, he proposed "four major strategies to increase the value of industry," including establishing a matchmaking platform, setting up an industry upgrade fund, establishing a smart manufacturing verification center and promoting major investment in local procurement. The implementation of "Industry supports technology, technology adds value to industry" to allow local companies to upgrade their technology and receive orders uninterrupted.

Lai Ruilong emphasized that the smooth progress of municipal administration depends on the stable support of the parliament, and called on the villagers to unite and support the candidates for the three Dagangshan seats to achieve the majority goal of the parliament. On-site support club cadres and villagers shouted "Greater Kaohsiung, Great Development" in unison, showing the great unity of the green camp.
