Sarà guidata da Alessandro Benetton come Presidente e da Panfilo Tarantelli con il ruolo di Ceo, 21 Next è controllata da Edizione con una partecipazione del 55% ed è partecipata per il restante 45% dai fondatori, Alessandro Benetton di 21 Invest, Panfilo Tarantelli, Umberto Quadrino e Sergio Ascolani di 21 Tages, e dal senior management di 21 Invest e 21 Tages. L’obiettivo che si dà la piattaforma è di superare nei prossimi anni i 10 miliardi di masse gestite, e beneficerà di 500 milioni di euro di seed capital messi a disposizione da Edizione per supportarne la crescita. Quattro i principali focus di investimento della strategia di 21 Next: private equity, energy transition, infrastructure e private debt.
