Elections 2026: see how the day went for the candidates for the government of Bahia this Monday

Candidates for the government of Bahia fulfilled campaign commitments this Monday (31).

União Brasil candidate, ACM Neto, recorded an election program in the morning. Governor Jerônimo met with mayors, former mayors and other political leaders.

Candidates from Popular Unity, Christian Democracy and PSOL participated in events in Salvador. The candidate from the Workers' Cause Party leafleted in Rio de Contas.

Candidates for the government of Bahia fulfilled campaign commitments this Monday (31). Among the day's activities were meetings with leaders, leafleting and rallies, in Salvador and cities in the interior of the state.

ACM Neto (União Brasil)

The União Brasil candidate recorded an election program in the morning. In the afternoon, he met with political leaders in Salvador. In the evening, the former mayor of the capital of Bahia gave an interview to a TV program.

Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT)

The PT candidate for re-election met in the afternoon with mayors, former mayors and other political leaders at the party committee in Salvador. During the agenda, he spoke about projects that he intends to carry out in partnership with the municipalities, if he is re-elected.

Aroldo Félix (UP)

The Popular Unity candidate leafleted in the morning at the entrance to the Port of Salvador. In the afternoon, he participated in a rally at Estação da Lapa, also in the capital of Bahia, accompanied by the party's candidate for vice president of the Republic, Raquel Brício.

During the agenda, he spoke about proposals to improve mobility in the state, if elected. In the evening, he held a rally and lecture at the Casa Preta Zeferina women's occupation, in Santo Antônio Além do Carmo, in Salvador.

Maria Bona (PCO)

The candidate from the Workers' Cause Party leafleted the streets in the city of Rio de Contas.

Ariel Capistrano (DC)

The Christian Democracy candidate met in the morning with party candidates for the positions of state and federal deputy. In the afternoon, he participated in a lunch with community leaders in Salvador and, later, met with supporters in Lauro de Freitas, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador (RMS).

Ronaldo Mansur (PSOL)

The PSOL candidate participated in a special session in the morning in honor of the 109th anniversary of the Bahia Highway Department (Derba), at the Legislative Assembly of Bahia (Alba).

In the afternoon, he met with the candidate for vice-governor on the ticket, Meire Reis, and the campaign team. At night, he visited the Primeiro de Maio occupation, in the Boca da Mata neighborhood, in Salvador.
