Spain defeated Croatia this Tuesday in the second match of the Nations League. Lamine Yamal put the Spanish team ahead in the 2nd minute, just like he did against England. The play was born on the left wing, Baena gave it to Fermín in the center, he extended to the right for Lamine and the Barça winger beat Livakovic with a first-touch shot that hit the post. La Roja had the game under control after calming down the energetic start, but a cross from Perisic in the heart of the area found the head of Beljo, who tied the score. However, the joy was short-lived for the Balkan team, who saw Pubill head in a cross from Lamine three minutes later to make it 2-1. After the break the match lost a lot of the rhythm of the first and it was not until the 63rd minute when Pedri filtered a pass that Pubill let pass, Lamine picked it up and beat Livakovic with a shot at the near post. Nico Williams also had his moment at the end of the game to score the fourth and complete the victory that places Spain as the leader of its group alone.
