Formerly Ilva, the government opens up to public participation provided there is a solid plan

According to what we learn, the government does not rule out public participation in the former Ilva, as requested by the unions, "provided a solid and credible industrial plan is presented". The undersecretary to the Prime Minister Alfredo Mantovano would have said this during the meeting with the unions on the former Ilva.

"As regards the timing of evaluation of the offers - he added -, it will take a couple of months for the deadline for the presentation to expire and which will then be followed by the negotiation, for the entire duration of which the extraordinary administration of the former Ilva will remain in place".
