Title Deed Records of Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and Her Family Announced

Within the scope of the investigation regarding fund liquidations and some share transactions in the capital markets, the transactions carried out by Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her husband İlyas Kaya through Özata Denizcilik shares were brought to the agenda.

While it was revealed that Sayan Kaya deposited approximately 63.4 million TL and withdrew 1.34 billion TL in approximately four months, and İlyas Kaya deposited approximately 99.7 million TL and withdrew 826 million TL, Sayan Kaya resigned from his positions, including AKP Deputy Chairman.

Then, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that it had sent a letter to the relevant institutions to freeze all the assets of Kaya and her husband İlyas Kaya, within the scope of the fund investigation it conducted regarding capital market transactions.

NOW THE DEED SCANDAL HAS BEEN EXPOSED

After all these developments; Journalist Yiğit Uzun shared the title deed records of the real estate of Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her family, whose name was involved in the funding scandal.

In the shared documents, it was seen that there were high value lands, villas and apartments registered in the names of family members.

LANDS REGISTERED ON HATİCE SAYAN

According to Yiğit Uzun's posts, it was stated that Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's mother, Hatice Sayan, has 5 different lands with a total size of 66 thousand 400 square meters in Köseilyas, Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ. It was claimed that the total value of the lands in question was between 250 million TL and 300 million TL.

It was claimed that mother Hatice Sayan also has two more lands in Yenice, Tekirdağ, with a total size of 171 thousand square meters, and the value of these properties varies between 80 million TL and 120 million TL.

VILLA IN BÜYÜKÇEKMECE

It was reported that Hatice Sayan also has a luxury villa in the Alkent 2000 villa site in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. It was stated that the deed of the villa was obtained in 2018, when Kaya was a minister. It was stated that the prices of the villas on the site varied between 150 million TL and 300 million TL.

It was also reported that Hatice Sayan, in addition to these properties, has 4 flats in Istanbul and founded the company called "Hayat Var Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat AŞ" in 2022.

BROTHER BROTHER SAYAN'S PROPERTIES

It was stated that Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's older brother and EMRA member Ömer Fatih Sayan has a luxury apartment in Four Winds Park Residence in Kadıköy and a luxury villa in Omega Yeşiltepe Villas in Pendik.

It was claimed that the total value of the two properties reached 130 million TL. It was reported that Ömer Fatih Sayan purchased both properties in 2018, when his sister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya was a minister.

HIS LITTLE BROTHER'S IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES

It was stated that Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's younger sister, Nazmiye Sümeyye Sayan, also has a duplex villa with a pool in Büyükçekmece Türkoba. It was reported that Sayan also has an apartment in Alibeyköy.

It was claimed that both properties were purchased shortly after Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya left the ministry.

HE WAS EMPLOYED AT IMM AND GRANTED A SCHOLARSHIP

Sayan Kaya was hired as an engineer at İSBAK, a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, in 2008, when Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality was governed by the AKP. According to the review carried out during the Ekrem İmamoğlu period, Sayan Kaya's scholarship request for a master's degree in New York was deemed appropriate and the contract was signed. Kaya went to the USA on January 12, 2009, very soon after getting the job.
