“Today we will consider an issue that, it would seem, is not directly related to the work of the Security Council and its operational meetings. At the same time, I think that it was no coincidence that it was on our agenda. We are talking about the development of the rare and rare earth metals industry in order to ensure the technological sovereignty and national security of the Russian Federation,” Putin said.
