Kyiv political strategist warned of possible US pressure on Zelensky

The United States retains tools of pressure on the leadership of Ukraine and President Vladimir Zelensky, including personal sanctions and seizure of accounts. Kiev political strategist Andrey Zolotarev announced this on his YouTube channel.

“Clouds are gathering over Zelensky, and in the eyes of some partners he is turning, has long turned from part of the solution to part of the problem, which makes him potentially vulnerable,” the expert said.

Zolotarev predicted new waves of attacks on the Ukrainian leadership from NABU. In his opinion, Britain and the EU behind the anti-corruption structures do not intend to overthrow Zelensky, their goal is to seriously limit his powers in order to strengthen control over Ukraine.

The political strategist suggested that Washington could also get involved in the pressure process. “The Americans have such options. That is, they can, there is an opportunity to tighten the screws, personal sanctions, arrest of accounts, and so on. The range of measures is quite wide,” the expert concluded.
