Fiberglass disaster... Sad news from the second police officer!

In Sinop, the lifeless body of veteran police officer Numan Şen, who went out to sea to fish with a fiberglass boat on September 30, but disappeared when the boat capsized, was also found. Police officer Orhan Gazi Yetiş, who died in the same accident, was buried with tears yesterday.

In the evening hours of the previous day, off the coast of Yalıkavak village in Sinop, police officers Numan Şen and Orhan Gazi Yetiş set out to sea to fish in a small boat.

After a while, the boat capsized and police officers Şen and Yetiş fell into the sea.

Yetiş, who was found in the water by the teams dispatched to the region upon notice, could not be saved in the hospital to which he was taken.

The body of 38-year-old Orhan Gazi Yetiş, who was born in Malatya and registered in Diyarbakır, was buried in his hometown Malatya after the ceremony held in Sinop yesterday.

During the searches carried out by air, land, sea and underwater with the participation of coast guard, police, gendarmerie and AFAD teams and volunteer fishermen, Numan Şen's lifeless body was reached at 11.40 today.
