Ural FPV drones "Zanoza" are used in the special operation zone

The Zanoza FPV drones developed by Ural specialists are successfully used by the Russian military in all key areas of special military operations. TASS writes about this with reference to the manufacturing company.

The drone has already proven its effectiveness in conditions of dense electronic warfare (EW) work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

“The total volume of deliveries today exceeds 11 thousand units in various modifications: more than 10 thousand of them are standard radio-controlled versions and over one thousand are specialized devices controlled by fiber optics,” explained the developers.

The company also added that they continue to improve the drones based on combat experience and feedback from Russian military personnel.

Thus, a comprehensive modernization of the hardware of “Zanoza-10” was carried out: specialists strengthened the protection against external and on-board interference, which gave a stable and clean radio signal even in the harshest combat conditions.

“Splinters” can deliver a warhead weighing up to 3.5 kilograms over a distance of up to 42 kilometers. These drones are not only an effective means of destroying armored vehicles, vehicles and fortifications, but can be used for reconnaissance and delivery of various cargoes.

In addition, the fiber-optic modification of the drone is completely immune to electronic jamming and is equipped with coils for 15, 20 and 25 kilometers.
