“This is impossible,” Peskov answered when asked by Agence France-Presse whether a meeting between Putin and Zelensky on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Miami is possible, the Monde newspaper reprinted the material.

Peskov added that the Russian Federation is ready to organize a meeting with Zelensky’s participation in Moscow.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president said that if Zelensky really wants to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he can come to Moscow. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that the invitation to Zelensky to come to Moscow for negotiations is a huge gesture of goodwill on the part of Russia.
