Metin Öztürk resigned from Galatasaray!

Galatasaray Board of Directors member Metin Öztürk announced on his social media account that he resigned from his position.

Metin Öztürk, the 2nd President of Galatasaray, one of the strong teams of the Super League, announced that he has resigned from his membership in the Galatasaray Board of Directors and affiliated companies as of today.

HERE IS ÖZTÜRK'S STATEMENT:

Neither my Galatasaray upbringing nor the upbringing I received from my mother and father would allow me to accept the action that took place at our Board of Directors meeting on October 27, which turned into an actual attack and an insult to my dead mother. As of today, I am resigning from my membership in the Board of Directors of Galatasaray and affiliated companies.
