At least 21 people died as a result of a building collapse in Gaza, new war threat from Israeli Defense Minister Katz

Alessandro Mrakic, head of the Gaza office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), told reporters at the scene that 70 to 100 people were thought to be trapped under the rubble.
