Governor-elect announces former city hall secretary to head Education in Roraima

When making the announcement, Arthur highlighted that the objective is to reformulate the state's education network and create professional technical courses. The measure aims to meet the demands of sectors such as agribusiness and tourism across the state, including rural and indigenous areas.

The announcement comes after the start of the transition process between the current administration, led by interim governor Soldado Sampaio (Republicans), and the elected governor's team. In the 2026 Elections, Arthur received 69.13% of the valid votes in the first round.

"Many investments will come to our state and our young people need to be prepared for the job market. Our mission will be to implement a large network of vocational technical secondary education, preparing them to work in the main areas, such as agribusiness and even tourism", stated Arthur.

This is the second secretary announced by Arthur. The two have been friends since the 8th grade of elementary school, when they studied together on the Electrotechnical technical course. Years later, the partnership extended to public management, with Lincoln serving as secretary of Boa Vista city hall during Arthur's administration.

Lincoln contested the 2026 elections as a federal deputy for the PL, received 8,015 votes and remained as a substitute. During the campaign, he had the frequent participation of Arthur Henrique, who appeared alongside him in publications and electoral activities.

He was previously municipal secretary of Administration and Management and municipal secretary of Education, during Arthur Henrique's tenure as mayor of Boa Vista.
